Depart from Auckland to Waiheke Island (distance 15 miles), approximately two hours to anchor.
Remain here for the evening in one of the secluded bays with excellent beaches. During your staying you can visit some of the famous vineyards.
Second day you can visit Kawau Island and visit to the old Mansion House in Bon Accord Harbour, (distance 25 miles), nice for long walks and diving.
Depart for Great Barrier, (distance 40 miles). Tender tour around the port Fitzroy and Bush walks. Here you can also enjoy excellent diving.
Depart for Tutukaka port. (Distance 52 miles from Great barrier). Tutakaka is an Old fishing port. Arrive or depart Via the Poor knights excellent for diving. You can visit the Captains olive grove ashore at Tutakaka and tour of Tuscan olive press. In the evening, depart for Whangaruru or Whanamumu close to the Piercy rock and anchor for the night.
On the fifth day of your charter you can visit Piercy rock (distance 15 miles) in the morning on your way to Russell (12 miles further). Arrival in Russell at noon, where you can enjoy some good shopping and a charming walk through the old town. Anchor in the Bay of islands for the night.
River trip to Kerikeri where you can visit the old stone store and the old school house, a very picturesque tender ride up a river to one of Northlands oldest buildings.
We suggest you to visit Pahia Maritime Museum and Waitangi Treaty House; experience the Maori culture at its finest. You can also be challenged by a Maori war dance; sample the foods of the local Maori and region. Anchor in the Bay of islands for the night.
Depart for Whangaroa Harbor (distance 30 miles) with a stop for lunch at the Cavali islands.
Excellent for diving and after that you can visit King Fisher Lodge.
